Refund Policy General Rule: Because delivery is immediate, products and services acquired on the site are NON-REFUNDABLE. Chargebacks: Attempting a chargeback (reversing the payment through your bank) without DBW team authorization will get your account banned. If the chargeback is eventually resolved properly, a fee will be applied due to the extra administrative work caused. Exceptions: If you donated by accident wrong amount, we can return it, but our team must be informed as soon as possible. Returns and Non-Returnable Items All items bought in the shop are bound to your account—you cannot sell them at the auction house or trade them with other players. Items that cannot be returned under any circumstances: Sale items, character level boosts, item packs, skills, titles, learned mounts/pets, opened loot boxes, gold, characters from the marketplace, consumable items, and used services (customize, change race/faction, rename, guild rename). Sending items to the wrong character. Deleting a character that holds a purchased item. Getting your account lost along with the purchased items.
