Dragonborn WoW - Terms Of Use TERMS OF USE These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "user", or "player") and DragonbornWoW ("we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the DragonbornWoW services, including but not limited to: the website https://www.dragonbornwow.com (the "Website"), the DragonbornWoW game servers (the "Server"), and the official DragonbornWoW Discord server (the "Discord"). By accessing or using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of all Services. 1. ELIGIBILITY The Services are intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. If you are under the age of 18, you confirm that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Services. 2. ACCOUNTS AND USER RESPONSIBILITY You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to share, sell, transfer, or lend your account to any third party. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or any applicable rules. 3. GAMEPLAY RULES AND CONDUCT By using the Services, you agree that you will not: use bots, cheats, exploits, automation tools, or unauthorized third‑party software; abuse bugs or glitches (bug abuse must be reported); engage in real‑money trading (RMT) of accounts, characters, items, or services; harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other players or staff; disrupt the stability, balance, or intended gameplay of the Server; violate any applicable laws or regulations. Staff decisions (including Game Masters and Administrators) are considered final. 4. DONATIONS AND VIRTUAL CURRENCY DragonbornWoW may offer the ability to make voluntary donations to support the operation and development of the Server. Important: Donations are voluntary contributions and do not constitute a purchase of goods. Donating does not grant ownership rights, guarantees, or entitlement to refunds. Any in-game rewards or virtual currency associated with donations are considered symbolic bonuses, not purchased products. We reserve the right to modify, remove, rebalance, or revoke any donation rewards or bonuses at any time. All donations are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Virtual Currency (DBC) DragonbornWoW uses a virtual, non-transferable in-game/web currency referred to as DBC. DBC has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money. DBC may be obtained through gameplay, events, promotions, or voluntary donations. DBC is bound to the user account and may not be sold, transferred, traded, or exchanged between users. The availability, balance, and use of DBC may be modified, reset, or removed at any time. Webshop Items Items available in the Webshop are virtual in-game items obtained using DBC. Webshop items do not constitute purchased goods.. We do not guarantee permanent availability, balance, or continued existence of any webshop item. We reserve the right to modify, rebalance, replace, or remove webshop items at any time, including after they have been obtained. 5. VIRTUAL DATA, CHARACTERS, AND ITEMS All characters, items, progress, and data exist solely as part of the Server. You acknowledge that characters, items, and progression have no real‑world value. We may perform wipes, rollbacks, resets, or data modifications at any time, with or without notice. We are not responsible for loss of characters, items, or progress due to bugs, crashes, exploits, updates, or maintenance. 6. USER‑GENERATED CONTENT Any content you submit through the Website or Discord (including messages, media, suggestions, or feedback) must: be lawful and respectful; not infringe the rights of others; not contain hate speech, harassment, or explicit content. By submitting content, you grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free right to use, display, and moderate such content in connection with the Services. 7. DISCORD SERVER Use of the official Discord server is subject to these Terms and any additional Discord‑specific rules. We reserve the right to mute, kick, ban, or restrict users on Discord at our sole discretion. 8. TERMINATION We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for behavior deemed harmful to the community or Server. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. 9. DISCLAIMER The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding: uninterrupted or error‑free operation; data integrity or availability; server uptime or performance. Your use of the Services is at your own risk. 10.
